ReadyClim® , the R32 gas pre-charged connection system, 100% waterproof, simple, fast and secure. ReadyClim, a new, unique refrigeration connection system that revolutionizes the installation of domestic split air conditioning units (comprising an indoor unit and an outdoor unit with low gas charge). This This new, certified and patented system is simple - just 4 nuts to tighten - quick and secure . It allows individuals to install their own air conditioning system, equipped with the necessary equipment and installation instructions.

The advantages of Ready Clim® are numerous

Save time: its connection only takes a few minutes.

Safety: The system is hermetically sealed and complete watertightness is guaranteed during installation. This connection system is environmentally friendly. R32 gas ( Difluoromethane) is more efficient and less polluting.

Quick disassembly and reassembly , within the reach of individuals, without having to resort to the (paid) services of a specialist installer.

No specific equipment is required : no pressure gauge, no recovery station, no vacuum pump.

No handling of refrigerant fluid (greenhouse gas used in air conditioners as a refrigerant.

Compliance with Community obligations relating to the containment of greenhouse gases (Regulation (EC) No 842/2006 on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases, updated by EU Regulation No 517/2014 on the containment of greenhouse gases).

    A 100% safe system

The innovative nature of Airton's ReadyClim connection system lies in the design of its mechanism and its assembly process. It eliminates any risk of accidental gas release, even if it is tiny , even when this operation is carried out by an unqualified person. The ReadyClim system therefore represents a remarkable advancement compared to other systems available on the market.

In fact, until now, there were two techniques for installing domestic air conditioners: either charging the gas at the place of commissioning; or, in the case of factory-precharged elements, the use of "quick lever couplers", which always allow a small quantity of gas to escape, whether through negligence, poor handling or necessity, including in the case of an operation carried out by professional refrigeration engineers.

    Research & Development

The development of this new connection system required several years of research and several million euros of investment. It was the subject of a patent application on November 7, 2006 and a publication on April 17, 2009 by the INPI. The European patent was granted on May 19, 2010. A new European patent was granted on August 16, 2012 (READY SPRING), and finally a French patent on February 19, 2015 (READY CLIM ANTI). Airton has perfected its refrigeration connection system to make it impossible to dismantle. This connection system has passed all the tests , carried out with constraints four times higher than those recommended by the current standard . These controls are regularly verified and validated by qualified international independent control organizations (SGS, INTERTEK, CETIM).

    Possible inter-link Readyclim ® connection

With this ReadyClim connection, you can connect an additional 4-meter or 6-meter connection using a union connector kit. We recommend not exceeding 12 meters of connection, otherwise, you will be required to top up the gas supply.

Installation is straightforward. Once both units are mounted, connecting the pre-charged pipes is a breeze if you can use a spanner. The electrical wiring is just as simple! I’m 72 years old, and I did it myself.

The product is exactly as described—easy to install, highly effective, and very quiet (even quieter than our wood burner!). My only slight gripe is the app: while you can set schedules, you can’t pre-set specific temperatures for those slots yet; you have to log in to adjust them manually. Aside from that, I’m very happy

Not at all! Thanks to our ReadyClim technology, you can get your reverse-cycle air con up and running yourself in less than an hour.

      Is the equipment reliable?

      keyboard_arrow_down
      add remove

Absolutely. Airton has been manufacturing air con units since 1990 and was the first to develop a system allowing homeowners to handle their own installations safely and easily. In 2008, our founder Richard Mazigh invented the ReadyClim system—a game-changing connector between the unit and the outdoor block. Since then, we’ve sold hundreds of thousands of units across Europe, constantly refining our tech to stay ahead of the curve.

Which model do I need for my room size?

      • Medium Living Spaces (up to 35m² / 375 sq ft): Perfect for standard lounges or large kitchens. Go for the 12,000 BTU (3400W) model.
      • Large Open-Plan Areas (up to 60m² / 645 sq ft): Best for big open-plan flats or shops. You’ll need the heavy-duty 18,000 BTU (5270W) model.
