We never keep or look at your card information directly.
Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to keep all of your transactions safe.

To keep transactions safe, all payments are automatically examined to see if they are okay.
Some banks may ask for 3-D Secure or OTP verification to make sure you are who you say you are.
They may hold or reject orders for a short time to stop people from utilizing them if they don't pass verification.

Pay later, in 30 days.

The number that tells you your order is confirmed
A short summary of what you bought
The total amount paid, including VAT, Please check your spam folder or contact our support team if you don't get the confirmation in a few minutes.

9. Fraud Prevention & Transaction Security

We take fraud prevention very seriously to protect our clients and our business.
Our system monitors all orders for suspicious activities on its own, such as:
Addresses for billing and shipping that don't match
Orders at odd times or with odd amounts
Repeated attempts to pay that don't work
Using more than one card for the same account
If a transaction seems fishy, it might be put on hold for a little while so someone can check it by hand.
We could ask you to show us your ID or proof of address to prove who you are.
If verification fails or fraud is suspected, the order will be cancelled right away and the consumer will get their money refunded.
If we think an order might be fake, we have the right to deny or cancel it. We may also report such conduct to the right authorities.

10. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

When we handle your financial information, we respect the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
To keep your data safe while it is being delivered, we encrypt it in a way that is typical in the business. We also never give your financial information to anybody else, except when we need to execute secure payments.

11. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment doesn't go through, double-check that your billing address, card number, and security code are all correct.
Check to see whether you have enough money.
Try a new way to pay if you have to.
If the problem keeps happening, get in touch with the firm that gave you the card or email us for support.
We can cancel orders that haven't been paid for or confirmed.

12. Order Modification or Cancellation

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it.
After this period, your order may already be being processed or shipped, and you can't change it.
If this happens, you may check out our Return and Refund Policy to find out what to do next.

13. Refunds for Cancelled or Returned Orders

Refunds go back to the same way of paying that was used to buy the item.
Once your refund is confirmed, please give your payment processor 10 business days (Monday through Friday) to deposit the money back in your account.

14. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please email us at contact@airton.co.uk before beginning a chargeback if you think an unlawful charge was made.
We will look into any issue immediately and make sure it is fair.
If misuse is found, repetitive or false chargebacks might have your account suspended or even lead to legal action.

15. Late or Missing Refunds

If you still haven't gotten your money back, look in your PayPal or bank account again.
Call the firm that gave you the card. Your refund might not show up in your account right away.
If more than 5 business days (Monday through Friday) have gone by, please call us directly so we can check on the status.

16. Payment Dispute Resolution

We vow to fix all payment concerns immediately and fairly.
Please call our customer care before you make a formal complaint.
We hope to fix your problem between Monday and Friday, in 3 working days.
