ReadyClim for Hassle-Free Installation

Fast

Commissioning in just 20 minutes with the ReadyClim quick-connect system.

Easy

Only 4 nuts to tighten — and you're done.

Eco-Friendly

No refrigerant handling required, which means no risk of gas leakage.

Safe & Compliant

Hermetically sealed and pre-charged with R32 gas. No vacuum pump needed. No F-Gas certification required.

What Are ReadyClim Lines?

A refrigerant line is a sealed tube that connects the indoor unit to the outdoor unit of your fixed reversible air conditioner (also known as an air-to-air heat pump).

At Airton, we offer 4-metre and 6-metre ReadyClim lines. We recommend not exceeding 12 metres of total connection length.

For installations over 8 metres, the lines will be joined using a union fitting

ReadyClim Innovation, Designed for Your Safety

The innovation behind the ReadyClim plug-and-play system lies in the engineering of its mechanism and assembly.

It completely eliminates the risk of accidental gas leakage.

The ReadyClim system represents a major leap forward compared to traditional air conditioning solutions. Until now, domestic air conditioners were installed using one of two methods:

  1. Gas charging on-site during commissioning, or
  2. Use of factory pre-charged units connected with “lever-type quick couplers,” which often release small amounts of refrigerant — whether due to human error, poor handling, or even as part of standard procedure.

With ReadyClim, those risks are no longer part of the equation.

20 Years of R&D

The development of this new connection system required several years of research and multi-million-euro investment.

A patent was filed in 2006 and officially published in 2009 by the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).

Airton has since refined its refrigerant connection and air conditioning system, making it tamper-proof for added safety.

The ReadyClim system has successfully passed all performance tests — including those applying up to 4× the pressure required by current standards.

These tests are regularly audited and validated by independent international bodies such as SGS, INTERTEK, and CETIM.

Our Commitment to More Sustainable Cooling

Thanks to the R32 refrigerant used in our ReadyClim lines, Airton helps to reduce the environmental impact of air conditioning systems.

This next-generation gas requires 15% less refrigerant and cuts greenhouse gas emissions significantly — with three times less environmental harm compared to older refrigerants.

A real step forward that reflects our commitment to building a more sustainable future.
