Order Cancellation Policy

The last time this was altered was on November 5, 2025.
Airton understands that you may need to change your mind after you place an order.

This policy explains to you how to cancel your order, how long you have to do it, what it will cost, and how refunds work.

1. Eligibility for Order Cancellation

If you ask to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it is processed or shipped, you can do so.
The item is still in our warehouse.
Our Return & Refund Policy says that you can't cancel orders that have already been sent or are on their way, but you can return the item after it arrives.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order:
Please email contact@airton.co.uk or phone +338 05 034 304 as soon as you can to reach our Customer Support Team.
Please tell us your full name, order number, and why you want to cancel.
Our team will look into whether or not the cancellation is doable.
Important: If you order outside of business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), your order will be cancelled the next business day.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

You can't cancel your order after it has been dispatched.
You can send the item back and get your money back according to our Return and Refund Policy
Customers who return something for personal reasons (such as acquiring the wrong item or changing their mind) can't receive their delivery expenses refunded.

4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you will get your money refunded using the same payment method you used to pay.
Most of the time, refunds happen within 10 business days (Monday through Friday) of when you ask for one.
You will get an email to let you know that the refund has been sent.

5. Partial Cancellations

If you want to cancel only a portion of an order, such as some items in a multi-item order, you need to get in touch with our support team straight away.
You can only cancel part of an order before it is sent.
Our Return & Refund Policy says that you must mail back things that have already been sent.

6. Orders Paid With Klarna or PayPal Credit

You have to follow Klarna's regulations for cancelling and receiving your money back if you pay for your order using Klarna.
If you paid for something with PayPal Credit, the same rules apply to cancelling it.
Please get in touch with us straight away to make sure that these payment processors cancel your order correctly.

7. Cancellation Due to Fraud or Payment Issues

If payment verification fails or fraud is detected, orders may be automatically cancelled.
You will get an email if your order is cancelled for this reason.
If you charge someone by mistake, you will get your money back in full within 10 business days (Monday through Friday).

8. Changes to Orders

We might be able to make simple changes, such as adjusting the mailing address or the amount of products, if you ask within 12 hours of placing your order.
It may not be feasible to make modifications that were asked for after processing or shipping has started.

9. Policy Updates

At any time, we can amend this order cancellation policy.
There will always be the most recent version on this page, along with the date it was last updated.
We recommend that you visit this page every now and then to see if there are any new updates.
