Airton is dedicated to making sure that our products are of the finest quality and meet the highest standards for durability and performance. This Warranty Policy teaches you everything you need to know about your rights, what is covered, and how to make a claim. It also makes sure that you can trust us when you buy something from us.
1. Warranty Coverage
Airton goods come with a limited warranty that covers faults with the materials and the way they are made.
How long it lasts:
The most popular things are: One year after the delivery
High-end electronics, gadgets, or products: As each product website indicates, it will take 6 to 24 months.
What the warranty covers:
Issues with how something is manufactured or the resources used to make it
Doesn't work well when you use it a lot
Parts that become lost or broken while being shipped or made
What the warranty does NOT cover:
Damage that happens by accident, such as dropping something, spilling something, or not taking care of things properly
Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, or changes in color.
Not following the instructions for how to use, install, or care for the product
Repairs, adjustments, or service done by someone else without your permission. Damage that happens because of things you can't control, like a fire, a flood, or a power surge.
2. Extended Warranty Options
Some of Airton's higher-end products may come with a guarantee that lasts up to 24 months. This choice will be simple to notice on the product page when you buy it.
An extended warranty gives you additional time to fix or replace something.

We check the item three to seven business days, Monday through Friday, after we get it.
Depending on how terrible the problem is, repairs, replacements, or refunds can take anywhere from 10 business days (Monday through Friday).
5. Replacement & Repair Policy
Replacement items are either new or nearly new versions of the original products.
We only use parts that are original or approved by the manufacturer to correct anything.
You don't get a fresh warranty on products that have been fixed or replaced; you still have the old one.
6. Maintenance & Care Guidelines
To keep your product in good shape and your guarantee valid:
To learn how to use and care for the product, read the instructions and user manuals.
Without permission, don't edit or fix anything.
Store the item in a clean, dry place and away from extreme temperatures.
Let Airton know about any problems immediately so they do not worsen.
You may avoid problems that could void your warranty if you take care of things the right way.
7. Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty doesn't cover scratches, dents, or fading on the outside.
Errors or accidents
Things that happen outside of the house, including power surges, water getting in, or fire, might cause harm.
Changes, fixes, or modifications made without permission; things that are lost, stolen, or misplaced
Things bought from merchants who weren't allowed to sell them
8. Statutory Rights
This warranty gives you more than simply what the law says you have to do in the UK.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects you if a product is broken, not what it claims, or not good for its intended use.
A warranty is an extra level of protection that doesn't change these rights.
You are entitled to seek a repair, a new item, or your money back under this guarantee and the law.
